2. Glossary

2.1. Service - a website, located at the address or (including all applications for desktop and mobile devices), which is developed and owned by the individual entrepreneur Zbykovskyi Ivan, which provides medical content for informational purposes ONLY which is not a full substitute for professional medical advice or treatment.

2.2. Developer - individual entrepreneur Zbykovskyi Ivan, who is registered in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, and has a state registration number - 872704.

2.3. User - an individual over 18 years old who is registered in the Service and using the functionality of this Service:

2.3.1. Network Member - User who has registered with the Service as a Network Member.

2.3.2. Specialist - a User, who has a mandatory higher medical education and relevant government documents, which gives the right to practice medicine, and who is Signed Up in the Service with the role of a Specialist.

2.4. Artificial Intelligence (AI) - is a specially developed and pre-trained computer program that provides medical information for informational and recommendatory purposes ONLY based on text User`s data.

2.7. Registration (Signing Up) - is the procedure of creating an User`s account within the Service. After registration User is provided with personal access to the functionality of the Service.

3. General

3.1. This Policy determines the procedure for processing and protecting personal information of individuals who are using the Service.

3.2. Purpose of this Policy is to ensure proper protection of information about the Users of the Service, including their personal data, from unauthorized access and disclosure.

3.3. Everything related to the collection, storage, distribution and protection of information about the Users of the Service is governed by this Policy and the current legislation of Ukraine.

4.1.2 for the purpose of training Artificial Intelligence to further provide Users with the most relevant medical information for each User, for recommendatory and reference purposes ONLY;

4.1.3 in order to identify Specialists who provide their services of providing medical information for exclusively recommendatory and reference purposes (for this purpose the Service displays the current email address, phone number, current photo of the Specialist, his full name, Date Birth, Gender, data on higher medical education and state documents, giving the right to practice medicine, as well as data of medical experience and practice of a Specialist);

4.1.4 in order to ensure payment for services provided and processing of payments;

4.1.5 in order to provide support for the Users of the Service;

4.1.6 for the purpose of sending marketing messages (by email);

4.1.7 in order to create and send receipts, inform Users about changes in terms, conditions and policies;

4.1.8 for the purpose of targeting advertising materials.

4.2. Service collects personal data during anonymous voluntary surveys. The answers received as a result of such surveys are used with the consent of the Users and are deleted as soon as the objectives of the survey are achieved.

5. Kind of personal information the Service collects

5.1. Service collects and stores only those personal data that are necessary for the quality of services provided:

5.1.1 personal data of Users provided with the consent of the Users of the Service and necessary for using the Service;

5.1.2 information received by the Developer as a result of the User`s actions when using the Service;

5.1.3 personal data that the User of the Service provides about himself during the Registration process or in the process of using the Service: last name, name, middle name, gender, date of birth, email address, phone number, profile photo, health parameters , biometric and medical data, test results, medications taken, payment and bank data, ID documents, data of higher medical education and state-recognized documents giving the right to conduct medical practice, as well as data on medical experience and practice of a Specialist. The data required are marked in a special way. Any other information provided by the User of the Service is not mandatory for the Registration or use of the Service;

5.1.4 data about the interaction of Users with our Service: date and time of entry, functions used, pages viewed, Service malfunctions, type of web browser.

5.2. This Policy applies only to this Service. The developer does not control and is not responsible for the content of other sites on the Internet the User can click on the links available in the Service.

6. Processing of User`s personal data

6.1. Personal data processing is carried out on the basis of the principles:

6.1.1 legality of the purposes and methods of processing personal data and good faith;

6.1.2 compliance of the purposes of processing personal data with the purposes predetermined and declared when collecting personal data;

6.1.3 compliance of the volume and kind of the processed personal data and methods of processing personal data with the purposes of processing personal data.

6.2. User`s personal data described in paragraph 5 of this Policy are transferred to the Developer with the consent of the Users. The User's consent to the transfer of his personal data to the Developer is provided in the form of a special mark of consent to this Policy during the Registration procedure of User.

6.3. There are no ways of using any functionality of the device from which the Service is accessed without the knowledge of the User.

6.4.2 does not make phone calls;

6.4.3 does not analyze or use information from the Contacts directory;

6.4.4 does not analyze or use information regarding the accounts of the owner of the device from which the Service is accessed.

6.4.5. Performing the above actions requires confirmation from the User of the Service.

6.5. Providing of User`s personal at the request of state bodies is carried out in the manner prescribed by the legislation of Ukraine.

6.6. When posting any data (including data on your health status, pharmaceuticals taken, treatments performed, etc.) into the Service, you agree that they may be transferred to third parties (for example, other Users, pharmaceutical companies, medical device manufacturers, medical laboratories, research institutes, etc.). 7. User`s personal data protection

7.1. Developer takes technical, organizational and legal actions in order to ensure the protection of the User`s personal data from unauthorized or accidental access to them, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions.

7.2. All personal and confidential information of absolutely all Users of the Service is stored in the cloud and is protected from fraud, theft and unauthorized access using the latest encryption and crypto protection technologies.

7.3. This Service is compliant to the HIPAA standard for storing personal information of a medical nature.

8. Restriction of the Policy

8.1. This Policy does not apply to the actions of third parties.

9. Change of the User`s personal information

9.1. User can change (update, add, delete) provided personal data as well as their privacy parameters at any time, using the appropriate function for editing the personal data of the account in the Service or by contacting Developer by the email address support@victoriasmedical.ai.

10. User`s requests

10.1. Service users have the right to send their requests to the Developer, including requests regarding the use of their personal data, to the email address support@victoriasmedical.ai.

10.2. All the information received by the Developer from the Users of the Service (appeals in electronic form) refers to information of limited access and is not disclosed without the special consent of the User of the Service. Personal data and other information about the User who sent the request cannot be used without the User's special consent otherwise than to respond to the topic of the request received or in cases directly provided for by the legislation of Ukraine.
